Delete your KinMate account

Recommended

You can delete your account from inside the app in three taps: Settings → Delete my account → Confirm. On confirmation we permanently disable the account, release the original email back to you, and mark every server-side row tied to your user id as deleted. Local data on the device is removed by uninstalling the app or by using Settings → Clear local data.

If you've already lost access to the app and want to request deletion, email us at kinmate@elolin.com from the address linked to your account. We'll process within 7 business days. You can register a brand-new account with the same email right after deletion — it will get a new user id and will not be linked to your old data. Data you backed up to your own cloud drive (Bring Your Own Cloud) stays under your control; manage or delete it from your cloud provider directly.
